I, Dr Rishi Kulshresth, am a professional with over 25+ years of IPR & Brand Protection services experience. We specialize in filing anti-infringement Criminal FIRs & Civil anti-infringement Suits.Before initiating my Law Firm, I held various senior management positions in large multinational and Indian organisations. In my professional career, I have been one of the best at controlling brand infringement activities in India.
I was the legal IPR Head of Finolex Group. I was Head of the Department for two large Corporations under the Finolex banner. M/s Finolex Cables   Ltd and M/s Finolex Industries Ltd. I also served in senior Legal Positions in corporations like M/s Pinkerton Consulting, USA, M/s Hawkins Cookers Ltd, Mumbai and M/s Suzlon Energy Ltd, Pune. I hold a Doctorate Degree in IPR Law, apart from an obvious LLM. I’m well-versed in the complexities of IPR laws and their application issues in the Indian legal arena. I read Courts and Police Stations and have drafted Brand Protection SOPs, compliance manuals and guidelines for companies across various industries.
